EGG NOODLES

INGREDIENTS  :-

  1. Plain noodles – 1 bunch(250 gms.) ,  (boiled ones)
  2. Eggs                 – 2
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tb. Spoon.
  4. Salt                    – to taste.
  5. Red chilli powder  –  2 big pinches.
  6. Garam masala powder   –  2 big pinches.
  7. Oil    –    2 tb spoons.
  8. White pepper    –     1pinch.
  9. Coriander leaves   –    ½ cup. (cut into small pieces).
  10. Soya sauce   –      1 tea spoon.
  11. Vinegar    –   1 tb. Spoon.
  12. Tomato sauce  –   1 tb. Spoon
  13. Carrot + cabbage pieces   –  1 bowl.
  14. Onion  –  1small.(cut into small pieces).

15.  Green chillies  –  2 (cut into long pieces).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a wak  pan and pour oil. Keep it on the stove at medium flame.

2. After the oil gets heated, break the eggs and pour that liquid in it. Fry it      well   with a big spoon.

3. After one minute add ginger garlic paste, onion pieces, green chilli pieces, and cabbage+ carrot pieces. Fry it well for 2 minutes.

4.  Now add noodles and mix it well.

5.  After 1 minute add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, and coriander leaves and  mix it for 5 to 10 minutes and place it in a serving bowl.
