INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 cup fresh creamed thick curd.
  2. Salt- to taste.
  3. 1 medium onion (thinly chopped or sliced).
  4. 1 green chilly (thinly chopped).
  5. 1 medium tomato (finely chopped).
  6. A few fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped).

  1. In a mixing bowl, place the chopped onion, chopped green chilly, chopped tomato and fresh coriander leaves and mix everything well.
  2. Finally add salt and curd and mix.

Serve with your favorite biryani or pulov.

SPICY SWEET CORN

Main ingredient: sweet corn.

Preparation : 15 minutes.

SPICY SWEET CORN

SPICY SWEET CORN

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 3-4 sweet corns (remove the husk and pull off the silky threads, cut into 2 pieces if necessary).
  2. 1 lemon (cut into 2 halves).
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. 1 tsp red chilly pwd.
  5. ½ tsp garam masala pwd (optional).

PREPARATION:

  1. Bring the water to a boil, place the sweet corns and add 1 tsp salt.
  2. Simmer for 10- 15 minutes or until done.
  3. Remove the boiled sweet corns from the water and keep aside.
  4. Meanwhile, in a plate, mix the salt, red chilly pwd and garam masala pwd.
  5. Dip the lemon piece in the mixture.
  6. Apply the dipped lemon over the corn.

Serve hot the mouth watering sweetcorn on a rainy day 🙂
