INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 cups sweet corn kernels.
  2. 1 medium onion (chopped).
  3. 5-6 green chilies.
  4. 3 tbsp plain flour/ maida.
  5. 2 tbsp rice flour.
  6. Salt- to taste.
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  8. 1 tsp garam masala pwd.
  9. 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Oil for deep fry.

  1. In a mix jar grind the sweet corn kernels along with ginger, Β garlic flakes, salt and green chilies to a course paste.
  2. Add chopped onion, garam masala pwd, rice flour, plain flour and chopped coriander leaves and combine. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Take a small lemon sized ball of the mixture, flatten it with your wetted hands and slide it gently into the hot oil.
  5. Keep in medium heat and fry the vadas both sides till golden brown. Drain to a bowl and repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture.
  6. Enjoy hot with ketch up and Β a cup of tea πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ .
