Main ingredients: fool gobi/ cauliflower, plain flour and rice flour.

Preparation: 10 minutes and cook time: 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 cup cauliflower florets.
  2. Salt- to taste.
  3. 3 tbsp plain flour.
  4.  1 tbsp rice flour.
  5. ½ tsp ginger garlic paste.
  6. 1 big pinch garam masala pwd.
  7. ½ tsp red chilly pwd.
  8. 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
  9. Oil- for deep frying.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a mixing bowl, place the cauliflower florets with all above ingredients (except oil) and mix everything well.
  2. Now add a little water and well combine.
  3. Mean while, heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot enough to fry, drop the florets mixture into the hot oil as shapeless fritters and deep fry on low flame until done.
  4. Drain to a serving plate.
  5. Sprinkle 1-2 pinch chat pwd and drizzle lemon juice and serve hot.
