Main ingredients:
Paneer and cooked basmati rice.
Preparation: 10- 15 minutes.
Serves: 2-3.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cooked basmati rice.
- 200 grams paneer (cut into cubes).
- 1 small onion (sliced).
- 1 small capsicum or 2-3 green chilies (sliced).
- 1 small carrot (chopped).
- 1 tbsp oil.
- Salt- to taste.
- 1 big pinch pepper pwd.
- ½ tsp grated ginger.
- ½ tsp grated garlic.
- 1 tsp soya sauce.
- 1 tsp vinegar.
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
PREPARATION:
- In a wok add oil and saute the paneer cubes until golden hue. Drain to a bowl.
- In the same wok, add grated ginger and garlic and saute for a few sec.
- Add sliced onion green chilies and carrot pieces, a pinch of salt and saute on high flame for a few seconds.
- Add fried paneer cubes, pepper pwd, soya sauce, vinegar and mix.
- Now add cooked basmati rice and mix gently without breaking the rice . Adjust the salt and garnish with chopped cilantro.
