Main ingredients:

Paneer and cooked basmati rice.

Preparation: 10- 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 cup cooked basmati rice.
  2. 200 grams paneer (cut into cubes).
  3. 1 small onion (sliced).
  4. 1 small capsicum or 2-3 green chilies (sliced).
  5. 1 small carrot (chopped).
  6. 1 tbsp oil.
  7. Salt- to taste.
  8. 1 big pinch pepper pwd.
  9. ½ tsp grated ginger.
  10. ½ tsp grated garlic.
  11. 1 tsp soya sauce.
  12. 1 tsp vinegar.
  13. 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.

  1. In a wok add oil and saute the paneer cubes until golden hue. Drain to a bowl.

  2. In the same wok, add grated ginger and garlic and saute for a few sec.

  3. Add sliced onion green chilies and carrot pieces, a pinch of salt and saute on high flame for a few seconds.

  4. Add fried paneer cubes, pepper pwd, soya sauce, vinegar and mix.

  5. Now add cooked basmati rice and mix gently without breaking the rice . Adjust  the salt and garnish with chopped cilantro.
