Main ingredients: coconut and jeggary

Preparation and cook time: 45 minutes (approx).

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 ½ cup grated coconut.
  2. 1 cup crushed jiggery.
  3. 1 tsp powdered cardamom.
  4. 1 small cup water.

METHOD:

  1. In a non stick frying pan, place the grated coconut along with crushed jiggery and 1 small cup of water and mix.IMG_6200 IMG_6214
  2. Let it cook by stirring continuously for about 1o- 15 minutes or till the mixture starts to become a thick consistency.

  3.  Now add powdered cardamom and mix.
  4. Turn off flame and once they start getting cool, make small balls out of the mixture.
