INGREDIENTS:

  1. 5-6 Fish fillets (neatly washed with salt and turmeric pwd).
  2. Salt- to taste.
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  4. 1 tsp red chilly pwd.
  5. 1 tsp garam masala pwd or (powdered 4 cloves+ 1 cardamom+ ½ “ cinnamon stick).
  6. 2 tbsp oil for frying.

  • Marinate the fish fillets along with salt, red chilly pwd, ginger garlic paste and garam masala pwd for 15 minutes.

  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan on low flame.
  2. Add marinated fish fillet. Cover with lid and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes or till it turn to light brown color.IMG_4882
  3. Flip it over gently and fry the other side till it turn to golden brown.IMG_4917
  4. Drain to a serving plate.
  5. Repeat the same process till the rest of the fish fillets are done.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish with steamed rice and any type of dal or sambar.
