INGREDIENTS:

  1. 5-6 spring onions (chop spring onion bulbs and greens separately).
  2. 3- 4 green chilies. (chopped).
  3. 5-6 beans (chopped).
  4. 2 carrots (chopped).
  5. ¼ cup fresh peas.
  6. 2 pinch white pepper.
  7. ½ tsp ginger garlic paste.
  8. 4 cloves.
  9. 1” cinnamon stick.
  10. 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
  11. 1 tbsp ghee or oil.

PREPARATION:

  1. Par boil the chopped carrot, beans and peas for 5 minutes,in a bowl with enough water and drain. Keep aside.

METHOD:

  1. Heat ghee or oil in a wok, add cloves and cinnamon stick and stir for a few seconds.
  2.  Add chopped spring onion and green chilies and saute for another few seconds.

  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute until fragrant.

  4. Add par boiled beans, peas and carrot and salt and stir for a minute.

  5. Add chopped half of the spring onion greens, white pepper and steamed rice and mix everything well.

  6. Adjust salt,  garnish with remaining spring onion greens and serve hot.
