Main ingredient:  cauliflower.

Prepare time: 10 minutes.

Marination time: 20- 30 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION:

  1. 1 medium cauliflower (wash and cut into ¾” florets).
  2. 1 small cup Plain flour (maida).
  3. 2 tbsp s corn flour.
  4. Salt- to taste.
  5. 1 tsp soya sauce.
  6. 1 tsp tomato sauce.
  7. 2 tsp vinegar.
  8. ½ tsp red chilly pwd.
  9. ½ tsp garam masala pwd.
  10. ½ tsp ginger garlic paste.
  11. 2 tbsp s fresh chopped cilantro.
  12. oil: sufficient for deep frying.

INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISHING:

  1. 1 tbsp finely chopped onion.
  2. 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
  3. 1 tsp lemon juice.

  • In a bowl, place the cauliflower florets along with above ingredients (except oil) and mix. marinate it for 20- 30 minutes.

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame. Slide the marinated cauliflower florets to the hot oil one by one.

  2. Deep fry the florets till they turn to golden hue.

  3. Serve immediately. At serving time, sprinkle some finely chopped onions, fresh cilantro and also drizzle some lemon juice on them.Eat and enjoy with your family and friends!!
