INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 medium apples (peeled and diced).
  2. 1 small cup sugar or to taste.
  3. 1 tbsp ghee.
  4. 2 tbsp water.
  5. Dried fruits (almonds, cashew nuts….).

METHOD:

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick cooking pan, roast the chopped dry fruits on over low flame till golden brown and keep aside.
  2. Add chopped apple bits in the same pan and saute for 3- 5 minutes or till tender.

  3. Mash the apple pieces with ladle, then add water and sugar and cook, stirring continuously, till thick, smooth and ghee separates.

  4. Add roasted dried fruits and mix.
