1  1 liter colostrum milk/ junnu paalu.
2  1/4 kg jaggary/bellam (grated).
3  2 cardamoms/yalukalu (coarsely ground).
4  1/2 tsp pepper/miriyalu (coarsely ground).

1  In a deep bottomed vessel, add the (colostrum milk) junnu palu and grated jaggari      and mix well.
2  Add coarsely ground cardamom and coarsely ground pepper and mix well.
3  Keep the vessel in a pressure cooker and cover with lid (with out weight).
4  Cook on over medium flame. When the steam begins, reduce flame and let it cook        for 10 -15 minutes.
5  Turn off flame. Insert a tooth pick and make sure that junnu wont stick to the                tooth pick.
6  Then take a knife and loose the edges (as shown in the pictre) and de mould the          junnu into a serving plate and cut into required shaped pieces.

TIPS:
1  If you like to have thick pudding then, don’t use any ordinary milk or water.
2  If it is first day colostrum milk (if you like it a bit loose) then add little amount of          ordinary  milk.
