INGREDIENTS:

  1. ½ kg Plain flour/ (maida).
  2. ½ tsp Salt.
  3. Garam masala pwd.
  4. Milk or water enough to knead.
  5. 2 tbsp s Tomato ketchup.
  6. 1 tsp Garam masala pwd to spread.
  7. 1 medium onion (chopped).

FILLING:

  1. 1 cup paneer chilly curry.

  1. In a wide bowl, place the plain flour along with salt and knead with a little milk or water to soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 10- 12 equal balls.
  3. Roll out each ball into very thin chpati.
  4. Heat 1 tsp oil on a griddle and cook each roti lightly on low flame and keep aside until use.

  1. Heat ½ tsp butter or oil on a griddle and cook the par cooked chapati on low flame, till both sides turn to light brown.
  2. Remove from the griddle and place it on a plat surface.
  3. Sprinkle 2 pinches of garam masala pwd evenly over it.
  4. Place 2 tsp s chopped onion on one end of the roti like a horizontal line.
  5. Place 2 tsp of paneer chilly curry beside that.
  6. Now again add a line of tomato sauce.
  7. Fold the edges at one end and now roll it up tightly and carefully.
  8. Wrap it with a tissue paper as shown in the picture.
  9. Serve immediately as a snack.
