Hello every one.. want to drink something healthy, then what are you waiting for ? 🙂 try this yummy dried fruit juice.. Generally if we want to drink any fruit juice we must wait for the season to come but this is something which is season less you can make whenever you want.

We always have stock of dried fruits in our home. So just follow my instructions and enjoy the wonderful taste

Mai ingredients: cashew nuts, almonds, honey, dried figs and dried fruits of your choice.

Preparation: 10 minutes.

Serves :3-4.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 15 Cashew nuts.
  2. 15 almonds.
  3. 4-5 dried figs.
  4. 15 raisins.
  5. 4 walnuts.
  6. 6 Apricots. (optional).
  7. 10 pista.
  8. 7 dates.
  9. 6-7 dried straw berries.
  10. 3 tbsp s honey or to taste.
  11. ½ liter frozen milk (ice cubes). (crush slightly).

  1. Grind all above nuts with honey and half of the crushed milk in a mix jar to a fine paste.

  2. Add the remaining milk and grind another few seconds.
  3. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
