Min ingredients: puffed rice (murmure), mango and ginger garlic paste.    Preparation: 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 tsp oil.
  2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  3. 2 cups puffed rice/murmure/maramaralu.
  4. 1 small mango (Chittoor green mango) (grated).
  5. 1 small onion (finely chopped).
  6. 1 small tomato (finely chopped).
  7. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Salt- to taste.
  9. ½ tsp red chilly pwd.
  10. 1 tsp lemon juice.

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan on low flame. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant and golden color. Turn off flame. Let it cool.preparation of masala murmure/ masala puffed rice
