INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 cups coconut (grated).
  2. 1 cup jaggery (grated or powdered).
  3. Little water.
  4. ¼ tsp Cardamom pwd.

METHOD:

  1. In a frying pan, add the jaggery along with little water and allow the jaggery to melt on low flame. Add the grated coconut and mix.

  2. Sauté occasionally till it forms a slightly thick mixture for approx 30 minutes.

  3. When it thickens add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. Roll into a round shape balls.
