INGREDIENTS:

  1.  ½ liter milk.
  2. ¼ tsp lemon juice
  3. 1and ½ tbsp oil.
  4. 1 medium onion(chopped).
  5. 2 green chilies.
  6. 2 medium tomatoes (chopped).
  7. ½ tsp ginger garlic paste.
  8. ¼ tsp Ani seeds/somp.
  9. Salt- to taste.
  10. 1 pinch Turmeric pwd
  11. ½ tsp red chilly pwd.
  12. ½ tsp garam masala pwd.
  13. 1 tbsp coriander pwd.
  14. 2 tbsps Chopped coriander leaves.

PREPARATION:

  1. Bring the milk to a boil in a bowl, pour lemon juice and stir continuously till the milk will curdle slowly.  Remove half of the water from the milk curdles and keep aside.
  2. Grind the chopped onion, green chilies and chopped tomatoes in a mix jar into a course paste and Keep aside.

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  2.  Add ground anion and tomato paste, salt and turmeric pwd and stir fry until slightly dry.

  3. Now add paneer (curdled milk) along with curdled water, red chilly pwd and coriander pwd, coriander leaves and sauté till the gravy thickens.

  4. Add garam masala pwd and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl.
