  1. Ghee 1 tbsp+ oil 2 tbsp.
  2. Basmathi rice- 1 cup.
  3. Water- 1 ¼ cup.
  4. Coconut milk- ¼ cup.
  5. Chicken curry– ¼ kg- 300 gms. (parboiled or almost cooked).
  6. Onion 1 Medium- (sliced).
  7. Tomatoes- 2-3 medium. (chopped).
  8. Green chilies- 4-5 (slit).
  9. Mint- 15-20.
  10. Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp. (finely chopped).
  11. Spices- (4 cloves- 1” Sinnamon stick, 1-2 cloves, 2 bay leaves).
  12. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp.

METHOD:

  1. Heat ghee + oil in a small cooker on medium flame, add spices and sauté for a minute. Add sliced onion, and ginger garlic paste and sauté for 3 minutes.

    1. Add mint, chopped tomatoes and green chilies and sauté until soften.

    1. Now add neatly washed basmathi rice, coriander leaves and par boiled chicken and mix gently.

    1. Add coconut milk and water and mix. Cover lid and pressure cook up to 3 whistles and turn off flame. Let stand for 7- 10minutes.

      1. Remove the lid and drizzle the lemon juice and mix well gently (do not over mix as the rice might break). Transfer into serving bowl.
