INGREDIENTS:

  1. Keema: ½ kg.( neatly washed).
  2. Oil- 3 tbsp.(approx).
  3. Onion-1(chopped).
  4. Green chillis-3 (chopped).
  5. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp.
  6. Salt- to taste.
  7. Turmeric powder- `1 big pinch.
  8. Red chilly powder- 1 tsp.
  9. Coriander powder-1 tsp. (optional).
  10. Tomato-1 chopped.
  11. Coriander leaves- ¼ bunch (chopped).
  12. Coco nut and poppy seeds paste- 1 tbsp.
  13. Mutton masala powder- 1 tsp. or (powdered 8 cloves+ ½ inch cinnamon stick + 2 cardamom).
  14. Water- 1- 1 ½ cup.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

    Heat oil in a non stick cooking pan on medium flame . Add chopped onion, and green chilies and saute. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes . when a nice aroma comes, add keema, salt, turmeric  powder, chopped tomato, and chopped coriander leaves and combine.

    let it cook for 10-12 minutes or till the oil separates.

  17. Now add red chilly powder, coriander powder, motton masala powder and prepared coconut and poppy seeds paste and mix well.

    Bring it to a boil and cook covered on low flame for 15- 17 minutes or till you get the required gravy consistency.  Serve hot with non, rotis or rice.
