Main ingredient:fish.

For 4-5 people.




Fish fillets-10.

Oil-needed for fry.

Salt-  to taste.

Turmeric powder- 2 pinches.

Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spon.

Fish masala powder- 1 tea spoon. Or (powdered 4 cloves, 1 cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon stick).

Red chilli powder- 1 tea spoon.

Lemon juice- 1 tbsp.

Curry leaves- 5-7 strings.

Marinate fish fillets in turmeric powder, salt, red chilly  powder, fish masala powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste and place them in the refrigerator for an hour.

Heat oil in a frying pan, on medium heat, put the fish piece and fry it for about 4-6 minutes. When one side is golden, turn over and fry the other side, till it becomes to golden brown. Drain and place the fish piece on a bowl.

Fry remaining pieces in the same procedure. Finally put the curry leaves and fry for few seconds. Take them out with slotted spoon and put them on the bowl and mix carefully along fried fish fillets. Serve hot as a side dish with sambar or rasam.
