Main ingredient: soya beans.            Prepare time- 10 minutes.

For  4 people.                                          Cooking time- 25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Soya beans-1/4 kg. (soak over night).
  2. Onion- 1big (cut into pieces).
  3. Green chillies-2 (split into pieces).
  4. Tomato- 2 medium (cut into pieces).
  5. Coriander leaves- ½ cup (chopped)
  6.  Salt- to taste.
  7. Water- 6 cups.
  8. Garam masala powder-1tea spoon.
  9. Ginger garlic paste- 1 table spoon.
  10. Red chilly powder- 1 tea spoon.
  11. Coriander powder-1 table spoon.

.12   Turmeric powder- 2 big pinches

PREPERATION:

  1. Take soaked soya beans in a pressure  cooker, add 3 cups of water, cook under pressure for 3-4 whistles.

2.  Put onion pieces, tomato pieces and green chillies in a mix jar and              grind them till it becomes soft paste, set aside

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.

Heat oil in a non stick cooking pan on simmer. Add ground mixture, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste. continue to sauté for about 10- 12 minutes, or till oil begins to seperate

Add boiled soya beans, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sauté for few seconds. Add 3 cups of water soya bean curry

When bubbles appear, reduce heat, let it cook for 10 minutes or till the curry reaches to desired gravy consistency

Add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves and sauté for few seconds. Serve hot with rice or roti.
