INGREDIENTS:

  1. 300 grams/ 1 cup Corns Kernels.
  2. 1 medium onion (chopped).
  3. Salt -to taste.
  4. Split chick peas- 2 tbsp.
  5. Oil- for deep fry.
  6. Coriander leaves- 1 bunch. (chopped).
  7. Green chilies-5.
  8. Garam masala powder- ½ tbsp. or (powdered 2 cloves +1 cinnamon stick).
  9. Ginger garlic paste- ½tbsp.
  10. Gram flour-1 tbsp/basan/sanaga pindi.
  11. plain flour-1 tbsp/ maida pindi.

12.  Rice flour-1 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. Soak the split chick peas in water for about 2 hours.
  2. Soak the corns in water for about 1 hour.
  3. Put the soaked chick peas, soaked corns along with green chilies in a mix jar and grind them like a coarse.
  4. Put the mixture in a bowl and add salt, garam masala  powder, ginger garlic paste, gram flour, plain flour, rice flour, chopped onions,  and chopped coriander and mix it well.
  5. Take that mixture and make it into lime size balls and put them aside in a plate.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Take the frying pan and put it on a stove with medium heat, and fill it up to half   with oil.
  • Once the oil is heated take the prepared masala balls and make them into flat patties by pressing with both hands carefully and add this to the heated oil

  • Now put the flame to high and wait until the corn patties turn to golden brown color.
  • Once the color is achieved, turn the flame to slow and slowly remove the  patties and place them in a serving  bowl.  And serve hot.
