INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Chicken-1/4.kg. (boneless).
  2. Salt- to taste.
  3. Red chilli powder-1 tea soon.
  4. Garam masala powder-1 tea spoon.
  5. Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon.
  6. Corn flour-2 table spoons.
  7. Gram flour /sanaga  pindi-2 table  spoons.
  8. Colour (red) – 2 pinches.
  9. Water-1 table spoon.
  10. Oil-2 cups.
  11. Onion-1 ( cut into long pieces).
  12. Coriander leaves- ¼  bunch. (chopped).

13 .  Juice of 1 lemon.

PREPARATION:

Put all ingredients (first 9), accept (oil, onion, lemon juice, and coriander leaves), into a bowl and soak them for one hour.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Take the frying pan, and pour oil in it. Put it on the stove at medium to low flame.

When oil gets heated up, add the chicken pieces carefully one by one.

Fry them until golden brown on all sides,  for about 10 minutes

Remove the chicken pieces from the pan with a slotted spoon. And place them in a serving bowl.

Before serving add the onion pieces, chopped  coriander. And also sprinkle lemon juice on top of it.
