Ingredients

  1. Chicken   –   half kg{cut in to small pieces}
  2. Green chillies   –   6[big][cut in to long pieces]
  3. Lemon juice    –   1 tb.spoon.
  4. Coriander leaves   –   1/2 bunch.( cut into small pieces)

5.  Green chilli paste   –    2 table spoon

6.  Salt    –    to taste.

7.  Coriander powder   –   1 tb. Spoon.

8.  Chicken masala  powder   –    1 tb. Spoon.

9. Turmeric powder    –   2 pinches

10. Pepper powder    –    2 to  3 pinches.

11. Egg    –    1

12. Food colour  –   3 pinches

13.  Con flour powder  –   100 gms.

14.  Curd  –   100 gms.

15 .  Curry leaves   –   20

16.   Ginger garlic paste   –   1 tb. spoon.

17.    Oil    –   3 to 5 tb .spoon

Preparation

Except curry leaves, coriander  leaves , oil, green chillies .take all the above ingredients in a boil and marinate it for 20 min

Marinate chilli chicken

Cooking instructions:-

  1. Take a frying pan and pour oil in it in a simmer.

2.  After oil gets heated up take the marinated chicken pieces in to the heated oil

Approximately after 30 min we should fry it well get in to the golden brown in colour. Now finally add curry leaves, green chillies pieces, coriander leaves7 mix it well. switch off the stove  and finally take the cooked mix in to the serving bowl
