My family likes to eat anything fried 🙂 When I saw these cute little capsicums in the farmers market today, I knew what to do with them. They are really easy to prepare and taste delicious.

Cooking Instructions:

Take a frying pan and pour enough oil to fry. Keep the stove at medium heat.  Wait for the oil to heat up and then take a capsicum piece, dip in the flour mix. Make sure except the stem, the piece itself is completely submerged in the flour mix.

Now take that piece that’s dipped in the flour mix and slowly put it in the heated oil. You can continue to add a few more pieces after dipping them in the flour mix.

Fry them until they are golden brown and take them out one by one and put them on a plate.

You can garnish them with a piece of lemon, slices of onions, some little pieces of onions and some coriander. Makes for a great evening snack or as an appetizer before a great meal.
