Main ingredients: idlis. Cook time: 5- 10 minutes.
- Idlis- 2
- Salt- 2 pinches or to taste.
- Red chilli pwd- 2.
- Garam masla pwd- 2 pinches.
Oil- for deep frying. (Approx 1 cup).
Cut the idlis into 4-6 pieces. (as shown in the picture).
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add idli pieces to the heated oil.
- Deep fry till the pieces turn to golden hue.
- Drain the idli pieces into a vessel. Sprinkle salt, red chili pwd and garam masala pwd and mix well.
YUMMY IDLY CAKES are ready to eat. Serve hot as an evening snack.
