INGREDIENTS:

  1. Idlis- 2
  2. Salt- 2 pinches or to taste.
  3. Red chilli pwd- 2.
  4. Garam masla pwd- 2 pinches.

Oil- for deep frying. (Approx 1 cup).

PREPARATION:

Cut the idlis into 4-6 pieces. (as shown in the picture).

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add idli pieces to the heated oil.
  2. Deep fry till the pieces turn to golden hue.
  3. Drain the idli pieces into a vessel. Sprinkle salt, red chili pwd and garam masala pwd and mix well.
